Pottery Works 48" Colton Concrete Fire Table Features
- Handmade High-Performance Concrete: Each Colton is hand cast by Pottery Works in high-performance glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC). It has the look and heft of solid stone but resists cracking, chipping and weather far better than a cheap cast or resin shell, so it holds up season after season on a home patio or a busy restaurant terrace.
- 24" Stainless Double Ring Burner: A premium stainless steel pan carries a 24" stainless double ring burner rated up to 296,000 BTU. Two rings spread the flame across the whole bed instead of a thin circle in the middle, so the fire looks full and throws real heat to every seat around the table.
- Gas Fire Pit Table for Natural Gas or Propane: Order it set up for natural gas (fed through a 3 1/2" center hole) or propane (fed through a 1 1/4" bottom side hole). The propane setting ships with an air mixer and an LP hose with regulator, so you get a clean, properly tuned flame on either fuel without hunting for parts.
- Wide 8" Ledge at a Lounge-Friendly Height: A 48" outside diameter around a 32" fire opening leaves an 8" rim for drinks, plates and propped-up feet. At 20" tall it sits right at the height of most outdoor lounge seating, and the curved bowl tapers to a 30" base for a lighter look on the patio.
- Three Designer Finishes: Choose Natural, Frost White or Stealth Black to suit a modern, coastal or contemporary outdoor space. Because every table is handmade, color and texture vary slightly from piece to piece, which gives each one its own natural concrete character.
- Complete Kit with Weatherproof Cover: Everything needed for a finished install comes in the crate: brass valve with black steel plate and key, two 5/8" non-whistle flex lines with anti-corrosion coating, crushed black lava fill and a fitted 48" weatherproof cover to protect the outdoor fire table between uses.

Pottery Works 48" Colton Concrete Fire Table FAQ
Does the Colton run on natural gas or propane?
Either one. Choose your fuel when you order and the table ships set for it. Natural gas comes through the 3 1/2" center hole; propane comes through the 1 1/4" bottom side hole and includes an air mixer plus an LP hose with regulator. Pottery Works recommends a certified gas professional make the final connection.
How much heat does this gas fire pit table put out?
The 24" stainless double ring burner is rated up to 296,000 BTU with an adjustable flame, so you can turn it down for ambience or open it up on cold nights. Actual output depends on your gas supply, line size and fuel type.
What comes in the crate?
The concrete table, stainless steel pan with 24" double ring burner, brass valve with black steel plate and key kit, two 5/8" non-whistle flex lines with 1/2" male connectors, crushed black lava fill, a fitted 48" weatherproof cover, and the propane air mixer and regulator hose if you choose propane. Partial assembly is required.
Can I use fire glass instead of lava rock?
Yes. Crushed black lava is included at no charge. Tumbled lava or fire glass is available as an upgrade at an additional cost if you want a smoother or more reflective look in the fire bed.
How heavy is it and how does it ship?
The table weighs 340 lbs on its own and 390 lbs in its 50" x 50" x 20" crate. It ships by freight with curbside liftgate delivery, so plan on two or three people and a dolly to move it into place. Inspect the crate on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
How do I care for a concrete fire table?
Keep the fitted cover on whenever the table is not in use and let the burner cool before covering it. Clean with a soft cloth and mild soapy water, and avoid harsh chemicals or plastic items sitting on the hot surface. Small variations in color and texture are normal for handmade concrete.
