The Empire Tahoe Fireplace Premium 42 (DVP42FP) is a 42 gas fireplace direct vent rated at 28,000 BTU/hr on both natural gas and propane. Zero-clearance installation allows flexible framing in new builds or replacement projects, and the Slope Glaze Burner creates a rich, layered flame pattern within a taller, deeper log stack for a traditional look with a four-piece log set and tempered glass view window.
Three configurations are available: Millivolt, Intermittent Pilot, and Multi-Function Remote Control. Liner options include Aged Brick, Herringbone, Stacked Limestone, and Black Reflective. Framing dimensions are 373/4" H x 433/8" W x 197/8" D; actual dimensions are 375/8" H x 43" W x 197/8" D. The unit weighs 145 lbs with a 5-inch inner and 8-inch outer vent diameter.
