You will need this grill grate accessory riser when you want to use a large pan directly on the grill grate without smothering the fire. It raises the grill grate so that food doesn't cook quite as quickly and adds a lot of extra smoke flavor. It is made of two stainless steel parts that slide together so that it comes apart easily and can be put in the dishwasher.

Arrived quickly, packaged well, fit perfectly. Raised the center sear grate so I could grill and cook my Texas pintos or anything else I want at a lower temp for longer time. Works with beans, corn on the cob, or even grilling peppers while cooking a steak.

I haven't had the chance to use this yet. It fits perfectly in my Weber grill and will be a great addition to my cooking.
I had to file the metal alot so it would fit together which should be done before sending it out. It also stands way to tall. The description doesn't say how tall it is. 3 inches would have been perfect but 6 inches doesn't work well for anything. This is the first 1 star I've ever given for anything in a review.
